MEB will rework any board or sub-assembly with your specifications. We are experienced in all type of rework for material not up to standards.
Cables & Harnesses
MEB will build cable or harness assemblies as stand alone products or will incorporate them in a higher level assemblies also manufactured in the Nogales Plant.
Prototypes
MEB has experience in the initial run of new products, enabling the debugging of your products before they are introduced into your manufacturing facility. We can also suggest improvements to your existing design.
CNC manufacturing and design
MEB is capable of manufacturing, design and rework pieces via CNC machines.

PROJECTS
LED LAMPS
The future of lighting is LED based products due to energy and lighting efficiency. LED lamps have a lifetime of decades providing long term savings.
We have in the past designed, tested and installed standard Cobra style lamps. The next generation of lamps will be made of thermal plastic for weight reduction and WIFI connectivity for on the fly programmability.
Gas Meters
We have controller units in the field which measure the quantity of LP gas present in tanks. This allows home owners and businesses to plan accordingly and order when levels are low. These meters are low cost and very efficient for years of use.
LED Therapeutic Patches
Light patches use an combination or RED and Infrared LEDS operating at various biological frequencies which have been shown to have curative abilities. Trials performed have demonstrated that light is ideal in curing diabetic sores which are almost impossible to treat with present medical procedures.
